Responsibilities: • Offer outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies • Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking • Deliver physically demanding classes while keeping students interested, engaged, and safe • Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests • Remind and assist students in making healthy lifestyle choices by encouraging them to keep up their exercise routines Qualifications: • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • This role requires fitness instructor certification • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service Compensation: 40,000 - 60,000
