    Abria Recovery is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced LADC/ADC-T to join our team as a Group Facilitator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing evidence-based substance abuse treatment and a passion for helping individuals achieve lasting recovery.

    Responsibilities:

    Plan, develop, and facilitate structured group therapy sessions focused on substance abuse recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, and related topics.

    Provide individual counseling and support to clients as needed, addressing issues related to substance use, mental health, and recovery.

    Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and 12-step facilitation, to address clients' unique needs and goals.

    Monitor and document clients' progress in treatment, making recommendations for changes in level of care or treatment approaches as necessary.

    Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers, mental health professionals, and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

    Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in substance abuse treatment and maintain licensure requirements.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation in accordance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

    Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards related to confidentiality, informed consent, and mandated reporting.

    Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.

    Qualifications: • LADC/ADC-T, or Dually Licensed, Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LP, LMFT, and LPCC) • Must have First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire • Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study • Must have or obtain 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health training within six months of hire • Must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding employment • Proficiency with technology and working knowledge of electronic health record systems, virtual meetings, Outlook emails, and calendars
