We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel welcome, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts

Helping members set and achieve goals

Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t

Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing

Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Being a team player

Ability to multitask in a highly stimulating environment

Eager to learn and adapt to changes and follow OTF brand guidelines

Attend monthly staff meetings

Take 2 or more OTF workouts each week

Coach 8 or more classes per week

Requirements:

Must be CPR/AED certified

Certifications we accept:

ACE CPT ISSA CPT

ACE GFI CSCS

ACSM CPT NSCA

ACSM GEI NSCA CPT

ACSM EP NCSF CPT

NASM CPT

Discounts for these certifications are available only for Orangetheory Coaches or Coach Candidates after passing OTFit Certification training

Individuals with an advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor of Science (BS), Masters of Science (MS), Ph.D., DPT) in the field listed below, Obtained in 2010 or later with a current AED/CPR certification, are eligible to be considered as a Coach Candidate

Weekday Mornings, Weekday Evenings, Weekends Mornings, holidays
