At Orangetheory Fitness, our Fitness Coaches work with more than 50 members every day by coaching classes in an energetic and motivating environment. We offer our Coaches a consistent schedule, great income with full benefits and career growth opportunities.

What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals:

Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.

They have a consistent schedule with shift options of early bird, night owl or a variety based on their personal preferences.

We offer a consistent income without the worry of client no shows or last minute cancellations.

New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.

This is a fun, high-energy, health-orientated team and a great place to build a fitness career.

Qualifications:

Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training.

CPR and AED Certified.

Passion for health and fitness.

A big smile and a great attitude.

Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.

Growth-minded and open to learning.

Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.

Compensation: $25-65/hour
