Responsibilities: • Teach fitness classes to different-sized groups of fitness studio members and guests • Deliver physically demanding classes while keeping students interested, engaged, and safe • Offer outstanding customer service in accordance with company policies • Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions • Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Currently certified as a fitness instructor • Outstanding time management and organizational skills Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
