Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct classes. Develop and lead engaging group fitness sessions suitable for seniors, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health.
Safety First: Ensure all activities are safe and appropriate for the senior age group, adapting exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels and physical limitations.
Inspirational Leadership: Motivate participants with enthusiasm and encouragement, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of first aid and CPR with a current certification
