Groups and Missions Pastor
Role: The Groups and Missions Pastor will be a passionate, Christ-centered leader who fosters a heart for people of all ages to experience and share the love of Jesus. This individual will inspire spiritual growth, oversee missions and evangelism efforts, and facilitate community engagement, thereby equipping individuals to grow to be more like Christ.

Missions
Responsibilities:
Empower, equip, and lead the church body to actively participate in missions, evangelism, and community engagement, fostering a culture of outreach and service.
Develop and implement a comprehensive discipleship pathway for adults, guiding individuals from new believers to mature disciple-makers.
Work collaboratively with all age/life-stage ministries (Birth through Senior Adult) and Men's and Women's Ministries to ensure alignment of discipleship strategies with the mission and vision of the church.
Coordinate with mission partners to provide mission experiences locally, regionally, and globally for our church body.
Provide training, resources, and ongoing support for small group leaders, equipping them to facilitate meaningful fellowship and spiritual growth.
Maintain accurate records and manage budgets for groups and missions, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall ministry of the church.
