    We run a sales and digital marketing agency called Grow My Clinc that helps chiropractors, medical doctors, Med Spas, and health professionals GROW their practice on auto-pilot through Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.

    What makes our marketing system fully automated for our doctors is

    1. our marketing team generates warm leads

    2. our sales reps qualify and convert the leads in sales (this is you!).

    Because we’re up to our eyeballs in new patient leads , we need more help serving these leads and turning those into booked new patient appointments for our doctors.

    That’s where you come in…

    _ Position Summary_

    This role aims to convert warm leads into new patients for our doctors and clients in the most effective & efficient manner possible.

    This will be done via consultative phone sales outreach with prospects who have expressed high interest in our client's services. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for qualifying, educating & scheduling the opportunity on the service that best fits their needs.

    NOTE: This position is full-time and remote. You can work from anywhere if you are a resident of one of these states. The team here at Grow My Clinic is located all over the country.

    What you’ll be doing…

    Day to day, you’ll be selling/scheduling new patient appointments for GrowthActive doctors on incoming calls and form inquires that are being generated by Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.

    You’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls and immediately following up with leads to get them scheduled for your five assigned doctors.

    As part of this opportunity, you’ll also be a part of a VERY fast-paced and high-growth company. You’re getting in at the ground floor of a growing sales team and will have input and responsibility as we grow the team.

    _ Outcomes/Responsibilities_

    30 Day Targets:

    • Learn all tech systems & client offerings to be effective in the position
    • Master proven scripts, credit card intake, objection handling, and follow up strategy
    • Converting a minimum of 4 appointments per week for each client assigned
    • Ready and able to handle workflow to service 5 assigned doctors offices
    • 50+ calls per day

    60 Day Targets:

    • Steadily handling workload of 8-10 assigned doctors offices
    • 80 appointments completed per month (sum of all assigned clients) (4 per day in month 2)
    • 90% show rate for each assigned client
    • 80% pre-pay intake
    • 100+ calls per day

    90 Day Targets:

    • 100+ appointments completed per month (sum of all assigned clients) (5 per day in month 3)
    • 90% pre-pay
    • 90% show rate
    • 90-120 calls per day
    • Great feedback from doctors

    KPI's

    • of sales appointments complete per day, week, month

    • Show Rate
    • of daily calls

    • Client retention / feedback

    Qualifications:

    At GrowthActive, we value work ethic, coach-ability, competitiveness, and your past sales results more than your degree (or lack thereof), GPA, etc.

    Required:

    • At least 1 year of VERY high performance as a sales rep
    • CRM & sales process experience

    Preferred:

    • At least 2 years of phone sales experience
    • Experience with low ticket, high volume sales (ie. $5k max sales price, 1-2 call close) rather than longer cycle B2B/enterprise sales

    The Pay

    Base: Starting Full-time salary ($18,000 - $36,000/year)(Based on experience)

    Commission + Bonus: $1,500 - $7,500+ per month

    + Monthly Sales Competitions: $600 first place, $400 second place

    Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs

    If you’re Average: $36,000/year

    If you’re Good: $65,000/year

    If you’re Great: $80,000+/year

    All amounts above include your base salary and represent compensation based on your ability to sell.
