    A Commercial Insurance Agency and Payroll Firm is currently looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced Account Manager to support our business. This will include both new and renewal business. Understanding of client payroll services integrating with Workers’ Compensation Insurance. As an Account Manager, you will be working with your team and focusing on providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients. You will ensure that all our client’s experience prompt, accurate and reliable assistance.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assume responsibility for assigned accounts;
    • Review policies, endorsements, audits and applications for accuracy in rating, typing, coverage & signatures;
    • Document discrepancies/errors and request corrections from insurance carrier;
    • Prepare and send endorsement requests to carriers;
    • Work with Service team to request updated renewal information, from insured clients;
    • Prepare account submissions, which includes completing applications, supplemental forms and other information needed for policy renewal;
    • Assist in preparing proposals and associated materials for Sales presentations;
    • Obtain binding conditions/subjectivities from clients;
    • Delegate specified tasks and assignments to support team, as appropriate
    • Coordinate with service team to issue Certificates of Insurance with appropriate corresponding, required documents upon request;
    • Document management system
    • Service accounts in a manner to eliminate E&O exposures;
    • Maintain regular, pro-active communication with service team members;
    • Assume other job responsibilities as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Professional work ethic
    • Have a working understanding of Workers Compensation and complex Work Comp solutions and PEO policies.
    • Excellent Effective oral and written communication skills;
    • Applied EPIC and Prism strongly preferred
    • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts;
    • Possess knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, with the ability to read, analyze and interpret insurance policies, documents and regulations
    • Ability to apply the concepts of basic accounting
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
    • Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of all responsibilities
    • Stay informed regarding industry information, new product developments, legislation, lines of coverage, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance
    • Working knowledge of MS Office

    Experience:

    • Commercial Insurance 2-3 years (Preferred)
    • MUST HAVE APPLIED EPIC EXPERIENCE.

    • Property & Casualty (Required)
