We are seeking an HR RECRUITER to join our team! Responsibilities will include:

Work closely with hiring managers on interview and hiring

• Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients' open position(s)
• Overseeing area hiring events
• Organizing interviews and selection events
• Process new hire paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor pre-hire and onboarding paperwork submitted by branch location.
• Communicate any complaints and concerns to the Operations Manager and HR leader.
• Assist with benefits administration.
• Assist with HR reporting and legal compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma, BA in Human Resources, or related field
• 2-3 years of relative experience
