    We're looking for a Low Voltage Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll work on installing, programming, and maintaining fire alarm and low-voltage systems, with plenty of support to help you succeed.     Job Overview

    As a Low Voltage Technician, you'll help install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm and low-voltage systems. You'll work alongside a supportive team and have the opportunity to build your skills while providing reliable service to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    System Installation and Maintenance

    • Install and troubleshoot fire alarm and low-voltage control systems, including electrical wiring and components.

    • Perform programming, testing, and inspections to verify proper system functionality.

    • Conduct emergency troubleshooting and repair of fire alarm systems as needed.

    Compliance and Inspection

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable NFPA codes and industry standards.

    • Ensure all systems meet compliance requirements and operational safety standards.

    • Document inspections, maintenance, and repairs with detailed reports.

    Collaboration and Customer Support

    • Work closely with designers, project managers, and field teams to ensure seamless system installation and service.

    • Provide clear communication and excellent service to clients, addressing any concerns or needs.

    Who You Are

    We're looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional with a passion for fire safety and customer service.

    • Experienced : Previous experience in the fire alarm or low-voltage industry preferred.

    • Licensed : A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

    • Knowledgeable : Familiarity with NFPA codes and fire alarm system standards.

    • Problem-Solver : Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

    • Physically Fit : Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various conditions.

    • Team-Oriented : Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

    Position Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment for system installation and maintenance.

    • Willingness to undergo ongoing training and professional development.

    Your First 90 Days with Us

    First 30 Days

    • Participate in onboarding and training to learn company standards, tools, and processes.

    • Shadow experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience.

    • Begin assisting with installations and inspections under supervision.

    Next 30 Days (60 Days Total)

    • Take ownership of routine maintenance and inspections with guidance.

    • Gain confidence in troubleshooting and resolving system issues independently.

    • Build relationships with clients and team members to foster collaboration.

    By 90 Days

    • Independently manage assigned installations, inspections, and maintenance tasks.

    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

    • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategies.
