HIRING OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES:

We are looking to grow our team!   We specialize in stucco micro damage consultations.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and establish contact with qualified home owners

• Help guide home owners through the process of getting their homes repaired with no money out of pocket

• Maintain professional company image at all times

• Provide excellent customer service and follow up

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Direct sales

• Conducting initial inspections with homeowners and providing the homeowner with their options and our recommendations

• Meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals

• Sales consultants will need to provide excellent customer service and follow up with home owners.

• Must be self motivated and driven to exceed weekly goals and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year or more direct sales experience.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Understanding and promoting company program.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· Full time position.

· Bi-lingual a plus but not required.

COMPENSATION:

· Successful Sales Consultants can earn upwards of six figures or greater.

· Pay structure will be discussed with qualified candidates.

WORK LOCATION:

· Fully remote, working in the field.

· Working in multiple locations in the field.
