    JOB SUMMARY – GA Host: As the Guest Arrivals Host will be responsible for successful operation of greeting guests, ticket sales, rental sales, and activities sales. Admissions Hosts are responsible for addressing and resolving guest questions and concerns. Within this role you will perform indoors and outdoors duties. The admissions host we are looking for will exhibit exceptional customer service skills and promote a positive attitude.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Sell lagoon tickets, rental products, umbrella services and activities.
    • Ensure guests follow company bag check rules.
    • Assist guests with any questions or concerns onsite and via phone.
    • Ensure proper handling of all cash, credit cards, gift cards.
    • Other duties as assigned, including assisting in other departments.
    • Adhere to all safety policies to ensure guests and team members’ safety.
    • Demonstrate the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • HS diploma or Equivalent preferred.
    • 1 year of Admission Experience preferred.
    • Energetic, enthusiastic and reliable.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
    • Must be available to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends. (Flexible schedule hours will vary)
    • Ability to work outside in all-weather elements.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
