    Job Description

    • Oversee and execute volunteer onboarding and care for the Guest Services teams.
    • Manage and implement various systems to operate a large volunteer ministry.
    • Maintain weekly operations for services each weekend.
    • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with volunteers.
    • Collect and analyze guest feedback to make data-driven improvements.
    • Collaborate with ministry teams and develop relevant partnerships for ministry highlights
    • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and commitment to the mission of Mariners Church.
    • Developing and implementing training content
    • Implement effective communication strategies to inform guests and volunteers about upcoming events, programs, and services.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of experience in relevant ministry or field
    • Exhibits a customer service, can-do attitude
    • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Adept at project management, team collaboration, and empowering volunteer teams
    • Experience with Rock database management or other relationship management software
    • Strong track record of building relationships and establishing trust with staff and volunteers
