La Loteria is an exclusive private club dedicated to offering a personalized and luxurious experience for our members. We are seeking a Guest Experience Manager (GEM) who will oversee new member recruitment and planning/coordinating all events. This role requires exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
· Provide outstanding, personalized service to members. Address inquiries and resolve concerns, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
· Adress VIP and Private dining needs, coordinating with leadership and staff to meet special requests.
· Promote all available amenities, experiences, and services offered by all Tim Love establishments.
Membership Management:
· Manage all aspects of the private club’s membership, including enrollment, orientations, and updates to member accounts.
· Develop and distribute monthly newsletters and maintain communication with members regarding events and special offers.
· Coordinate reciprocal guest visits and manage exclusive benefits for members.
Marketing and Event Coordination:
· Collaborate with the Marketing Director to promote club programming, events, initiatives, and drive new membership.
· Plan and execute monthly member-focused events to enhance engagement and value.
· Oversee large-scale events, ensuring smooth coordination with leadership and adherence to brand standards.
Operational Coordination:
· Maintain high level of professionalism while representing the brand.
· Provide hands-on support during service and events, assisting with tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
· Manage a company phone and computer, ensuring timely responses to all communications.
Qualifications:
· Experience in guest relations, private club management, or a related field preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate and address guest needs across all Tim Love establishments.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Experience in marketing is a plus.
· Knowledge of luxury hospitality and private club operations is a plus.
· Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
· Reliable transportation and familiarity with the local area.

Work Schedule:
· Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM + weekend availability if needed.
Pay:
· $50,000 base with commission structure.
