    Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. We are looking for both part-time and full-time team members! As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.     Duties:
    - Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
    - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
    - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
    - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
    - Process reservations and manage room assignments
    - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
    - Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
    - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
    - Perform night audit duties as required

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    - Previous experience in guest relations or hotel industry is preferred
    - Multilingual skills are a plus
    - Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality management
    - Familiarity with night audit procedures is an asset
    - Proficient in operating phone systems and handling phone etiquette
    - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
    - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
    - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
