    Job Description

    ** Job duties include, but are not limited to:**

    Guest Services Associates (GSA) are responsible for the day-to -day care of pet resort guests

    and for the cleanliness and sanitation of the Pet Resort interior and exterior. This includes

    feeding, watering, cleaning, walking, bathing, and monitoring the well-being of dogs and cats.

    The GSA will also occasionally assist doctors and technicians with pet restraint for procedures or anesthesia induction.

    ** We’re looking for:**

    • A love for animals and the ability to warmly welcome and compassionately care for pets is essential.
    • Guest Services Associates need excellent communication and client service skills in order to admit and discharge pets and reassure nervous “parents” that their pets are well-cared for at our facility.
    • The GSA must remain professional and courteous to clients and co-workers while handling multiple tasks at once with many interruptions.
    • GSAs must be able to empathize with clients and remain compassionate and well-mannered under all circumstances.
    • Guest Services Associates should have a firm belief in the quality of care we provide and communicate this sense of assurance to our clients.
    • The GSA must learn and understand our services and health recommendations and be able to clearly communicate these to our clients.
    • Guest Services Associates must have sufficient physical strength, mobility, and stamina to lift and/or move heavy pets and objects, the dexterity and confidence to handle and administer medications or bathe pets who may be scared or aggressive, and the ability to monitor pets for signs of distress or disease.
    • Ensuring the comfort of our animal patients and instilling confidence in our human clients is the foundation of our mission here at Frontier. We proudly accomplish this through exceptional customer service, compassionate animal skills, as well as through the routine sanitation of the entire facility- from the inside-out.
