    Carter Creek Winery Resort and Spa is looking for this person to work as our Front Desk/Guest Service Supervisor. Our Resort propery has 78 Villas, entertainment, restaurant, spa and award winning wine and beer. It is a one stop shop for the Hill County Traveler. Visit us a https://www.cartercreek.com.

    What is expected from you:

    Oversee the day to day operations of the Guest Service Agents

    Serve as agent when needed to assist guests

    Help to train agents on skills and customer service responses

    Respond to resort reviews and report all reviews to management

    Talk on the phone and assist with reservations

    Work with Resort managers on guest experiences

    Assist with set up of lobby and breakfast preparations if needed

    Inventory control of front desk store

    Oversee resort amenities for guest rooms and welcome letter for guests

    Afternoon Shift

    Typical schedule Wednesday through Sunday, but varies based on occupancy

    Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

    Must be willing to be on call every other week for staff questions and resort issues

    HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    One to two years related experience

    Knowledge of core computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software

    Aptitude for customer solutions and customer service
