    Job Description

    Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

    • Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner
    • Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up with attention to detail
    • Attend to the needs of guests and help them organize their accommodations while staying at the hotel
    • Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and organization skills required
    • Strong guest service background
    • A professional presentation
    • Previous customer service experience required
