The Staybridge Suites Tallahassee I-10 East is hiring a Part time-PM Shift Guest Service Agent. Responsibilities: The hotel guest service agent, also known as a front desk agent or receptionist, is primarily responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, providing information about the hotel's amenities and services, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay. Qualifications: • Prior guest sevice or front desk experience perferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred • Knowledge of reservation and front desk systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Compensation: $15 per hour
