    The Claremont Hotel in Southwest Harbor and the Asticou Hotel in Northeast Harbor, Maine are looking for a Guest Services Agent to join our team for the 2025 season.

    Pay: $18-$20/ hour based on experience

    Full time, April-November

    Please note, candidate must be legal to work in the United States without a Company Sponsorship. Housing is not available at this time.

    As a Guest Services Agent, you set the tone for our guests' stay, providing a welcoming check-in and out experience and serve as an ambassador throughout our guest's stay by providing information on the resort, local area and attractions.

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Settling guest accounts upon check-out
    • Assisting guests with questions or issues
    • Effectively communicate with all departments
    • Ensure accurate room reservations
    • Answer phone calls and take reservations
    • Understands and adhere to Company's brand standards
    • Ensure guests' needs are met
    • May be asked to cross train in different departments
    • Other duties as assigned by leadership

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of the area a plus but not required
    • Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time
    • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
    • Must be neat, courteous, flexible and detail oriented
    • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional with demanding guests and in difficult situations.
