CANDIDATE PROFILE
Do you love helping guests and are you passionate about self-care?
A Guest Service Representative takes calls from our guests answering questions about our treatment menu and addressing any concerns they may have. We always suggest more than one service to help them to experience a full head-to-toe day full of luxurious treatments. The duties include handling inbound and outbound calls to and from guests, listening to the guests and offering service options to meet their needs or wants.
CORE WORK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Answer guest calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
· Book multiple appointments using guest history knowledge
· De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied guests.
· Call guests to inform them about the Woodhouse new services and products.
· Every guest is called in 90-days to encourage another booking
· Review guests notes to make sure all conversations are documented
· Suggest multiple appointments to every guests.
· Collaborate with other Guest Service Representatives to improve customer service.
· Help train new Hospitality team members.
Skills and Qualifications
· Strong Communication both written and verbal is a must
· Great active listening skills with a patient and empathic attitude
· Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
· Adaptability and flexibility
· Computer literacy
· In-depth knowledge of our company’s products and services
