Responsibilities:
The role of the Guest Services Coordinator is critical to the mission of RMHC because we strive to be leaders in providing excellent care to families. It is critically important to have a key employee in place who can maintain a compassionate and caring atmosphere, as well as serve as a point of contact for hospital employees, guest families, and volunteers. Additionally, this roles serves as a positive ambassador for RMHC and our mission.
