    Summary The Guest Services Intern will support addressing guest inquiries via emails, text messages, and direct communication. You'll coordinate with theaters to ensure timely guest assistance and manage social media interactions and guest reviews. This internship offers a unique opportunity to hone guest service, communication, and project management skills in a dynamic environment.

    Location: This position will be based out of our corporate office in Troy, MI.

    Length of Internship: Anticipated start A.S.A.P through January 2025 . Exact timeline will be depend on business needs.

    Schedule: 20-25 hours per week, 12PM-8PM (Friday, Sunday, Wednesday- exact days of week have some flexibility).

    Essential Functions:

    Assist with responding to guest emails, text messages and handling inquiries.

    Coordinate with theaters to ensure guests are assisted in a timely manner.

    Assist with managing social media and review responses from guests.

    Other projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Experience working in the theater preferred.

    Strong self-motivation and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to empathize with guests and their concerns.
