Responsibilities: • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive first impression. • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure exceptional service. • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately to maintain smooth operations. • Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions to enhance their stay experience. • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to uphold the hotel's standards of presentation. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or hospitality industry. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work nights and weekends. • Flexibility in schedule. • US work authorization. Compensation: $13.75 hourly
