    Job Summary

    The construction crew member reports directly to the residential construction project manager and ensures that all projects the RC project manager assigns meet customer and stakeholder specifications. They also assist with ensuring proper safety procedures are followed. Additional production-related tasks may be assigned. However, the Construction Crew Member will primarily receive direction from the RC Project Manager. The Construction Crew Member will comply with any instructions the Residential Construction Project Manager gives. Additionally, they will assist with the reporting and clerical work related to completed jobs. This position will require travel to various local locations in your area where jobs are being completed.

    Responsibilities

    Supports and reports to the Residential Construction Project Manager, following instructions as directed

    Demonstrates commitment to the company's core values and must show the willingness to do what it takes to deliver quality workmanship and customer service.

    This position will require travel to various local locations where work is being performed

    Communicate to Residential Construction Project Manager any issues that may impair quality or safety

    Assist in resolving customer service-related issues as they arise

    Assists with various company initiatives and projects as business needs dictate

    What you will be doing:

    General construction duties as assigned

    Vinyl siding installation

    Interior drywall finishes

    Interior painting of walls/ceilings

    Gutter/Downspout installation

    Be available to come to office(s) or field as necessary

    What we offer:

    Base salary of $31,200.00 a year With the potential to make even more!

    2 weeks of vacation + 9 standard holidays + 4 days sick leave

    Qualifications:

    Experience in roofing/siding/construction industry a plus

    Coachable team player with a willing attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and help manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with team members and external parties.
