Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide friendly and professional customer service to all members and guests ✅ Assist with facility upkeep, ensuring all areas remain clean, organized, and stocked ✅ Monitor equipment and report any maintenance needs ✅ Support front desk operations, including member check-ins and inquiries ✅ Enforce gym policies and etiquette to maintain a respectful and safe environment ✅ Assist with special events, promotions, and community engagement efforts
