We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk/Member Services associate to join our team. As a Front Desk associate you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from first check in. Your positive attitude, organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment.
Duties:
Greet members, prospective members and guests with a warm and friendly welcome providing exceptional customer service
Check guests in, ensuring correct forms are used and accurate information is obtained
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have while visiting the facility
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, collecting payments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with tasks such as filing, inventory, stocking shelves
Monitiring facility to ensure that it is kept clean and organized as well as ensuring all equipment is being used respectfully
Contribute to sales of all proructs and apparel to receive a monthly bonus/stipend
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy
Able to lift 50lbs or more
