Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and assist in managing staff
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for both kids and families
Assist with customer service, including addressing inquiries and scheduling
Support coaches in class organization and ensuring effective instruction
Maintain accurate records and help with administrative tasks
Foster positive relationships with parents, kids, and staff
Lead by example and motivate others to provide the best experience possible
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a leadership role (management, coaching, or similar)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for working with kids and promoting fitness and fun
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Gymnastics background (preferred but not required)
First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
