POSITION OVERVIEW The Analyst is a member of the Global R&D/EHS/QM work stream within H.B. Fuller’s global SAP implementation project (Project One). The role supports the transfer of Quality Data and Processes from the legacy systems to SAP along with training of the local Quality team on the use of SAP and the new processes to maintain it. The focus of this role is to manage the Quality activities during the Organization Change Management (OCM) phase of each SAP implementation ensuring the smooth deployment of the core SAP software and associated processes to all of the regions of H.B. Fuller. During SAP deployments the duties would include but not be limited to: a) Transferring Quality related information from the legacy systems to SAP b) master data and data transformation c) training document creation, review and updating d) training scheduling and execution of all Quality Super Users and End Users at multiple sites and shifts e) cross-stream business process training f) Coordination with the Deployment team on testing and execution and Go-Live Execution and Support g) Super User Network coordination.
Required Skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years of experience managing quality data and processes • Experience with delivering business process training • Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485 or other quality standards • Understanding of the handoffs between R&D and Quality, and the manufacturing plants. • Experience with managing organizational change across a business function
PREFERRED: • Knowledge of the Quality Module in SAP • Knowledge of the HB Fuller R&D formulation strategies and processes. • Recognized, regionally, as a leader in quality processes and data management.
