PRIMARY DUTIES
Responsible for daily warehouse operation.
负责仓库的日常管理事宜
Verify the count of the incoming material with purchase order and delivery note, manage the documents timely
核对采购订单、供应商送货清单，清点并记录到库物料数量。及时对记录整理、存档。
Store the material in the designated storage location per the warehouse procedure
按仓库管理制度，将验收好的物料按指定位置予以存放。
Warehouse management to keep clean and tidy, to avoid the damage of the material
整理库房，保持库房整洁，避免物料的损坏。
Goods issue to production according to the picking list accurately and timely, confirm and record the storage bin for the returned material at the first time
根据领料单，及时、准确的将物料发给生产。对生产返回物料及时确认库位并做相应记录。
Pick up the right goods for the right customer at the first time per the dispatch list, arrange the delivery and perform the recording
根据发货单，及时、准确将要发的货物按品种、客户捡配，安排发货并做好记录。
Take the regular stock taking per the financial and warehouse procedure, accomplish the stock taking report and analyse the rote cause of the balance
根据财务、仓库管理制度，按时对仓库物料进行盘点。出具盘点报告并分析差异原因。
Well known and report the statues of the aging material, dispose and remove the overstocks of obsolete/redundant materials timely
定期整理、反馈过期或即将过期的物料情况。及时处理不良物料及呆滞废料。
Proper use and maintain the equipment of warehouse
正确使用和保养仓库的设备。
Other tasks designated by supervisor
根据需要完成上级交待的其他工作。
Minimum Requirements
Middle technological academy or above
中专及以上学历。
At least 2 years of working experience as a warehouse operator or related work
2年以上仓库工作经验。
Forklift driving license holder
有叉车驾驶资格。
Hard working, good teamwork spirit and good sense of customer service
吃苦耐劳，良好的团队合作精神及客户服务意识。
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic English skills
一定的英文基础。
Good computer skill at office software, working knowledge of WMS system
能操作Excel、Word等办公软件，熟悉仓库管理系统。
Good skills at forklift driving, familiar with daily forklift check and maintenance
熟练驾驶叉车，熟悉叉车日常点检、保养。
Chemical background, familiar with chemical material storage, delivery methods and the emergency response procedure
化工行业从业背景，熟知化学品的存储、发运方法和应急处理程序。
