Customer Experience Associate
HANRO stands for Pure Luxury on Skin for over 135 years. In developing our own fabrics with production in Europe we earned our reputation as the destination for luxury quality Intimate Apparel, Sleep and Loungewear for Women and Men around the world. In the past 10 years, HANRO USA has developed its Ecommerce business and opened Flagship Stores in both New York and Beverly Hills and is opening an additional New York location this year.
Providing our customer, a luxury boutique - like experience when shopping online is a core value for Hanro. The person in this position will represent the brand and is vital in the success of our ecommerce shop.
The Customer Experience Associate is a professional responsible for maintaining our brand image when interacting with consumers, developing client relationships, and maintaining best in class customer service.
This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager and Customer Service Operations Manager.
Job Description:
· Answer Clients request through different channels of communication. (Phone, Email, Chat, Video Conference)
· Offer Personalized Advice and service through your knowledge of HANRO’s Products.
· Assist Clients with their online, orders seek opportunities to sell or add on to the Clients’ orders.
· Cultivate Client relationships.
· Comply with company’s standards, policies, and procedures when working with Clients?
· Provide a seamless and outstanding Omni Channel experience.
· Handle and Resolve Client’s claims, issues, concerns, and feedback.
· Support operational functions. (Example shipping, refunds etc.)
Qualities
· 3-5 years of successful experience in the luxury industry
· High sensitivity to client’s experience and loyalty
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasiveness
· Accuracy, organizational skills
· Product and fashion sense
· Strong systems and digital skills
