    INSIDE SOFTWARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE- HIGHLANDS RANCH, COLORADO, USA

     SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

    HCL Technologies – Urban Fulfillment Services Division is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to support our rapidly growing HCL Software business and drive software sales with new and existing customers via inbound and outbound campaigns. This position is based from our Highlands Ranch CO location and remote candidates will be considered.  The right candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and leverage technical aptitude, engaging conversation and a little creativity to consistently generate results. 

     

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Respond to Inbound Leads 
    • Engage with business leaders, CXO level executives and IT professionals to do business
    • Use communication channels such as phone, email, Internet, and other digital media to communicate, qualify, and sell
    • Develop and advance both marketing provided and self-generated leads

    •      Pass on sales qualified leads (SQLs) to Outside Sales Teams as appropriate

    • Advance marketing qualified leads (MQLs) from marketing campaigns
    • Initiate and run your own campaigns to surface opportunities
    • Create target lists with customer profiles and contact information; do so using both internal databases and external resources
    • Research and understand customers/prospects needs and sell the most appropriate offerings
    • Educate customers/prospects on our product offerings
    • Set appointments and follow up as appropriate
    • Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction with the ability to translate and react quickly to their needs
    • Build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize output and revenue with customer

     

     EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ year in in B2B/Large enterprise Customer Service / Sales
    • Advanced English Skill and a Native Language (as required)
    • Expert in outbound Customer Service Orientation
    • Focus on the Process Sales flow and sales techniques
    • Excellent in sales skills
