    The SAP SuccessFactors HCM Analyst III is a critical part of the TBC Information Technology HCM Applications Development team at TBC. The candidate must be a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Talent Suite, Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll. Must be able to enhance existing setup, implement new functionality, and keep up with SuccessFactors’s new releases. Must have experience testing half-yearly releases, and updating role-based permissions, business rules, route maps, and workflows. Must have extensive experience building and maintaining various report types in SuccessFactors including story-based People Analytics. Integration experience sending files from SuccessFactors to third-party vendors via Integration Center and CPI is desired. Experience working with workforce management tools like Kronos or Workforce Software. Experience working with OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors.

    This is a Hybrid position, reporting to the office 1 day a week, working remotely 4 days a week.

    Job Responsibilities

    Interact with business users to understand business requirements, prepare functional specifications, configure in SuccessFactors, and document, test, and deploy solutions.

    Provide expertise in payroll processing for US and Mexico associates in on-premise SAP HCM and/or ECP, identifying and troubleshooting issues.

    Work with SAP technical developers to get end-to-end solutions developed.

    Maintain Company Structures, Job Components, Position Management, and enhancing/adding fields to employee profile portlets in EC.

    Maintain requisition templates, recruitment pipeline, applicants, and candidate profiles in RCM.

    Configure business rules, workflows, dynamic roles, messages, alerts and notifications, role-based permissions, and groups.

    Monitor/ troubleshoot issues and implement code fixes with P2P integration.

    Support Concur, xECM for SuccessFactors and its integration with EC and ECP.

    Support Workforce Management - Kronos WFC and its integration with EC and ECP.

    Support HCM integrations with other cross-functional modules and external systems.

    Create canvas reports, ad hoc table reports, and report stories in People Analytics.

    Lead, coordinate, and perform all testing (UAT, Unit & Integration) before releasing new code/break fixes to production.

    Work with cross-functional teams across the organization in systems analysis, defining technical requirements and performing high-level design for highly complex solutions.

    Establish and continuously improve analysis of business requirements, technical documentation, code reviews, unit testing, and other development best practices.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems is highly preferred. 7+ years of specific relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

    Required 6+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors as a HCM Analyst (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management) and NetWeaver Portal Employee Self Service (ESS)/Manager Self Service (MSS).

    Required 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and talent components including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning.

    Experience understanding and processing payroll for US and MX in on-premise and/or ECP, identifying and troubleshooting issues.

    Experience working with workforce management software like Kronos, Workforce Software, or Dayforce is highly desired.

    Experience with SuccessFactor’s Integration Center and CPI is desired.

    ABAP development experience is a plus.

    SAP SuccessFactors EC or Talent certification(s) preferred.

    Strong analytical, high attention to detail, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

    Strong prioritization/time management/organizational skills.

    Ability to balance multiple projects in a constantly changing environment.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate IT concepts and terminology to the business.

    Up to 15% travel may be required to our location in Mexico.
