HCT is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing - Acute Care/SNF, for a 100+ bed facility in California. An experienced leader to effectively partner with hospital leadership, medical staff and other departments to create a center of excellence and to meet the hospital’s mission, vision and goals.

• Leading and managing a department in Acute Care Hospital and SNF Facility.
• Establishing, implementing, and evaluating goals and objectives that align the provision of quality care with the health system's mission,
• Continuing to improve leader and staff accountability, and
• Assuring staff and department are current on local, state, and national issues and trends.

Requirements:

• Education: BSN preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
• Licensure: Current State of California RN license required
• Certifications: BLS required, Certified as nursing leader preferred
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
