HEALTHCARE INFORMATIC ANALYST (FT) - IT TEXAS SPINE AND JOINT HOSPITAL TYLER TEXAS
The Healthcare Informatic Analyst is responsible for compiling and analyzing data. The employee will have a technical background in data analytics as well as experience in the healthcare setting with a keen attention to detail. In addition to data analytics, the analyst will be responsible for the charge master. The ability to work independently and proactively to provide accurate and timely information to management for decision making is a must. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information services, or related fields; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A team player who is highly collaborative and detail oriented. Ability to interact with business users of all levels and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Experience in database and programming. In-depth knowledge in the Structured Query Language (SQL). Experience in report development. Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Balance creativity and innovation against practical and cost effective approaches. Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to present technical and business solutions concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences from a business perspective. Collaboration and teamwork skills. The ability to interact successfully with all areas of the organization.
