HESC Solutions, Inc. is actively recruiting for future openings for the Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) position. Although these roles will be available in the near future, we are starting the recruitment process now to ensure we have the best candidates ready when the positions become available.
The customer service representative (CSR) position requires employees to communicate with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs. CSRs receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to borrowers while providing the highest customer service experience and are trained to resolve customer inquiries, take loan payments and provide repayment options to student loan borrowers regarding their student loan debt.
