Handsfree Automation is a leading global investment services firm with assets of more than $5 million, over 200+ employees and operations in different countries around the world and the headquarters in Coral Gables, Florida. It operates across three main business segments in Asset & Wealth Management, including Real Estate, Logistics and Transportation and eCommerce Automation.
The Handsfree Automation Wealth Management business is focused on helping clients’ achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised in Airbnb, Corporate Leasing, Venue Rentals, Commercial Investments, Timesharing, Trucking, Boat and Plane Transportation, Shopify, Amazon, Facebook and Branding Automation. The combined business has $5 million in assets under management and 200+ employees who work out of 3 different countries and offices.
Position
The Supervision Executive President is a visible senior leader, responsible for leading the strategy, team and employees day-to-day and strategic decision making for the entire Handsfree Automation Wealth Management company.
The leader must have a track record of excelling in complex, cross-functional organizational models and have a demonstrated track record of effectively communicating and influencing people, progress, and outcomes across business units. The leader must be pragmatic, have strong problem-solving and decisive decision-making skills, and be maniacally focused on people development of critical professional skills including communication, storytelling with data, influence, problem solving, and how to take thoughts through to execution in a effective and timely manner.
Any successful candidate truly enjoys problem solving, collaboration, people development, and driving accountability, continuous process improvement, and scale-based thinking.
