TRI POINTE HOMES IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TALENTED GROUP AS AN OFFICE MANAGER IN OUR DENVER OFFICE.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: In this multifaceted role, you will support the division leadership team and Human Resources Manager. This position will perform a variety of tasks, some of which are confidential and complex in nature. This position duties will range from managing complex calendars, expense reports, travel arrangements, event coordination to serving as a point of contact in all thing’s office related.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
OFFICE MANAGER
Handle tasks related to office and inter-office communications, office set up, human resource support, computer and phone system set-up (with outside vendor and IT support), business operations and administrative matters, work order and invoice submittals to accounting
Serve as point of contact for Office Facility 24/7 for employees and the property manager including maintenance, keys, janitorial, heat/air and other building issues.
Organizes and helps facilitate office moves (e.g. relocating employees, expanding to additional office space, moving into entirely new spaces, etc.).
Set up office systems, procedures and records (electronic and paper)
Receives and distributes communications from property manager regarding the Office Facility to all office personnel, as needed.
Serves as the Floor liaison for the Office Facility for emergencies. Also maintains building evacuation plan and team for the North Carolina Office.
Manage daily functions of the office including office equipment, personnel attendance, supplies, cleanliness, flow of incoming and outgoing envelopes/packages, postage machine and labels, office subscriptions, carpet cleanings and paint touchup.
Perform a variety of tasks related to division start up and business plan implementation.
Allocate office space; coordinate office moves; prepare space for new employees; space planning.
Assign, collect and track all building access cards
Ability to operate and trouble shoot standard office equipment.
Serve as the main contact for the Management Company (pest control, elevator problems, room temps, ceiling lights out, etc.)
Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; handle requests and queries appropriately
Order office supplies as needed and/or requested
Complete any additional projects, tasks and assignments as requested in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned.

Assigns ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation.
Reviews charges entered by providers and communicates with providers possible claim issues.
Prepares and submits claim for insurance reimbursement.
Reviews, works, and corrects both internal errors and denials from insurance companies and re-files the claim.
Files appeals to carriers according to prescribed guidelines, documents all information related to appeals and follows up.
Scans and uploads patient clinical documents into medical chart.
Ensures all provider services are accounted for and billed.
Handles billing complaints and discrepancies.
Assists patients with the collection of payments on outstanding balances.
Environmental Services:
Contributes to the overall cleanliness and appearance of personal work space and department.
Monitors supply levels and requests when needed.
Maintains all equipment. Evaluates all equipment for damage or maintenance needs and reports when needed.
