The Sr. Division Order Analyst will set up and maintain well and unit records for our operated and non-operated properties. This key role will properly analyze and set up wells. It will analyze leases, contracts, unitization and marketing arrangements. This role will also update ownership records on existing wells and communicate with royalty and working interest owners
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Analysis, calculation, and maintenance of record title ownership and division of interest in producing properties (operated and non-operated)
- Assist in securing, and the validation of, division order title curative documents
- Generate and distribute Revenue and Joint Interest Billing Decks, Division Orders, Transfer Orders, and track receipt of executed documents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and reports in the data management system
- Interface with mineral owners, title attorneys, staff and outside landmen regarding property interests and inquiries
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage information with accuracy and critical attention to detail
- Strong understanding of basic math concepts
- Possess a working knowledge of oil and gas vocabulary as well as understand and read legal descriptions for a track of land and have the ability to interpret land title information
- Able to effectively interface with multi-disciplines on land related topics

- Communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of Division Order experience
