Today, Homesite offers insurance coverage for Home, Renters, Condo, Small Business, Auto, Term Life and Flood. Homesite is proud to be a part of the American Family Mutual Insurance Company. RESPONSIBILITIES: In this enterprise role, you will participate in developing Property capabilities (Home, Condo, Renters, Dwelling Fire) that span the spectrum of rating, policy forms, underwriting, billing and servicing to deliver best-in-class experiences to both agents, partners and insureds. • Works with cross-functional teams that represent business stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate business needs. • Provides business intent and strategy as product business owner in working with technical teams on high level business requirements to ensure successful implementation • Conducts evaluation across operating companies and analyzes industry trends to identify and execute on product and service improvement opportunities. • Tracks and communicates progress and status of tasks and projects. • Develops materials used to present and communicate key findings and recommendations. • Collaborates with various functional areas and key stakeholders across all levels to ensure support and success of key business initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience • 7+ years' progressive experience in area of focus • Personal Lines Property insurance experience preferred (product management, requirement elicitation) • Familiarity with working in an Agile project management is a plus • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Must be self-motivated, organized and able to meet assignment deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) • Ability to collaborate with peers to achieve goals as well as the ability to work well independently • Ability to effectively communicate key findings to leaders • Ability to understand implications of strategic decisions on business results #LI-150265101
