    The selected applicant will serve as a Sales Representative for a respected, family owned and operated Moving and Storage company, with a focus on business to consumer (B2C) sales, specifically household goods relocation services. The ideal candidate is someone who is ready to serve as a high-impact contributor to a medium sized company, with long term aspirations to grow within the company. As a leader in a fast-paced industry, our company prides itself on having a winning culture, with a focus on teamwork, trust, and positive energy from top to bottom.

    This dynamic individual has a primary responsibility of prospecting, selling, and closing new opportunities. The B2C Sales Rep will be a contributing member of the B2C sales team, assisting the team in accomplishing their annual revenue goal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting – Search for, identify, and prioritize potential customers within the market through community involvement, partnerships with lead sources, and cold calling.

    • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with community partners in an effort to generate leads.

    • Perform in-person and virtual walkthroughs (surveys) with potential customers to accurately estimate the move.

    • Present, follow up, and close profitable moving services to prospective customers.


    • Track and manage all opportunities throughout sales cycle with CRM

    • Analyze the territory’s potential in an effort to grow market share.

    • Complete reporting forms related to sales activity.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Competitive personality with the ability to produce results in a fast-paced, team orientated environment.

    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and ability to work independently with high energy.

    • Sales experience preferred but not required.

    • A clear understanding of B2C prospecting strategies.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    • Leadership qualities and ability to take ownership of goals and outcomes.

    • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and easily adapt to changing situations.
    • Experience with CRM systems
