Job Summary Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Business Development Representative play a crucial role in expanding our network, fostering partnerships, and driving growth opportunities for our organization. This position oversees sales activities within assigned territories, striving to achieve membership and census objectives. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Department, the role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, driving enrollment, and aligning with Corporate Strategic Goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: 100%
Implement and enhance the Marketing Plan to meet High Desert PACE’s census targets.
Conduct outreach activities such as cold calling, networking events, and presentations to educate target audiences about High Desert PACE services and benefits
Deliver compelling proposal presentations and contribute to educational programs for clients, prospects, and staff.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to different audiences.
Act as a liaison between High Desert PACE and external partners, addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating collaboration opportunities.
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and referral patterns to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach initiatives to raise awareness of High Desert PACE and foster community engagement.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams, including enrollment, clinical, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
Stay informed about regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in healthcare marketing and business development.
Represent High Desert PACE professionally and ethically in all interactions, adhering to organizational values and standards of conduct.
Cultivate relationships with referral sources, maintaining detailed records of interactions.
Build and manage a robust database of leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Forge strong relationships with referral sources, leveraging technical selling skills and product knowledge to promote High Desert PACE services effectively.
Identify customer needs, articulate the value of High Desert PACE's offerings, and secure referrals and sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on goal attainment and performance regularly.
Education & Training

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of successful sales and marketing experience, with a focus on senior-related or healthcare sectors.
Proficiency in using CRM database systems.
