The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Computer Numerical Control programming and operation within millworking/woodworking environment, proficiency in CNC software, and strong technical drawing interpretation skills. You'll play a key role in bringing our custom millwork projects to life by creating and operating CNC programs for efficient and high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

• Translate technical drawings and project requirements into optimized CNC programs.

• Operate CNC machinery with precision to produce intricate woodworking components.

• Set up and configure CNC machines for efficient production runs.

• Maintain a keen eye on production processes, ensuring quality control and optimal machine performance.

• Perform regular preventative maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment for seamless operations.

• Collaborate effectively with project managers and designers to guarantee CNC programs meet project specifications.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Operator in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• The ability to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machinery with confidence.
