RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat, focusing on generating and nurturing high-quality leads into scheduled appointments that turn into patients.
- Develop and refine a full-funnel marketing strategy, including high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and email/SMS automations, designed to maximize patient acquisition and retention.
- Analyze and leverage data using tools such as SuperMetrics and Google Sheets to measure and enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to continually optimize our digital strategies.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team and clients to produce compelling and brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audiences, driving engagement and conversions.
- Embrace and apply cutting-edge AI tools to boost the creativity and efficiency of campaign elements, including copywriting, image/video creation, and overall campaign strategy.
- Maintain active communication with internal teams to share insights on campaign performance, gather feedback, and swiftly adapt strategies to market dynamics and performance analytics.

REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on Direct Response marketing and a proven record of successful campaign management and lead generation.
- Expertise in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including proficiency in ad creation, landing page design, and email/SMS copywriting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to drive marketing decisions, with hands-on experience in SuperMetrics, Google Sheets, or similar analytics tools.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, capable of working seamlessly with both creative teams and clients to develop marketing materials that align with campaign goals and brand identity.

As a Digital Growth Strategist, your role is paramount to our clients success. You'll be orchestrating campaigns across a variety of platforms - Meta (IG/FB), Google Ads (Search, Display, & YouTube), TikTok, and Snapchat, leveraging the robust lead magnets we have and creating new ones based on the pain points of our targeted avatar. Your prowess in ad creative, campaign creation and Management, and meticulous reporting of results will be the cornerstone of our lead generation efforts, driving quality leads to our clients and contributing to our client's overarching goals.

Responsibilities:**
- Masterfully target and optimize campaigns across Meta (IG/FB), Google Ads (Search, Display, & YouTube), TikTok, and Snapchat, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads to our clients.
- Dive into our existing resource library to unearth compelling ad angles, while also crafting new, resonant lead magnets based on the evolving pain points of our clients ideal avatar.
- Create captivating ad creatives that resonate with orthodontists, dentists, and oral surgeons, ensuring a seamless alignment with our client's unique narrative and the campaign's objectives.
- Construct and refine full marketing funnels using GoHighLevel, engineered to nurture leads and propel them closer to booking appointments with our clients.
- Collaborate synergistically with our creative team and clients to develop arresting photo and video content for campaigns.
- Harness AI tools to augment copywriting, image and video creation, and campaign brainstorming, driving a heightened level of campaign efficacy and creativity.
- Engage in daily huddles with our internal teams to garner feedback on ad performance and lead quality, and agilely adjust campaigns based on this invaluable feedback and performance metrics.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working cross-departmentally to ensure campaigns are in harmony with clients goals and objectives.
- Responsible for reporting all marketing activities and how they relate to new patients. Experience with Google Data Studio(Looker), Supermetrics, and Google Sheets is a must! You will be working with the internal teams to understand how long from lead to booking an appointment, what lead materials are pushing people to become patients with our practices etc.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for experience in the dental or orthodontic sector.
- Profound knowledge of advertising on Meta (IG/FB), Google Ads (Search, Display, & YouTube), TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Exceptional copywriting, ad creation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar funnel-building software.
- Acquaintance with AI tools for marketing is highly desirable.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation offered:
- $60,000- $70,000 (depending on experience)
- Variable Compensation package based around lead conversion and company sales goals
