    HAVE YOU BEEN A BANK TELLER, AN AUDITOR, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OR RESPONSIBLE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE? You may like this temporary/short term job at our office in Nineveh.

    Independence Home Health is looking for a short-term auditor ... just two to three months for 40 hours per week.

    Training schedule to begin December 9. Rate is $18.50 per hour. CALL TODAY to discuss the opportunity. Be prepared for interviewing in person this week.

    The Auditor is responsible for reviewing staff documentation for compliance with State and Federal regulations, Accreditation entity requirements, Agency policy and procedures and with following Person-Centered Individualized Service Plans. The position assists with QAPI initiatives as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    -Attention to detail a must.

    • Desk job so sitting for full shift is necessary.

    • Prefer experience in home-based services.

    • Previous home health auditing preferred with preference given to auditing candidates.

    · Demonstrates skills in organization, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and ability to work independently.

    · Personal Computer and data entry skills.

    Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability

    · Responsible to Assure Documentation Compliance in accordance with Agency scope of services policy and procedures, State, Federal, Accreditation entities, laws and regulations. Ability with following (PCISP) Person-Centered Individualized Service Plan.

    · Monitors open and closed charts regularly and performs reviews/audits at admission, reviews, resumptions, terminations, and as needed. Ensuring compliance, adherence to all internal process and policies, regulatory bodies, and accreditation agencies.

    · Assists Coordinates with educator, liaison, office manager, program manager to advise them of field staff documentation compliance trends, issues, and concerns.

    · Function both independently and as part of a team to ensure delivery of quality work product in a timely fashion in a fast-paced environment.

    · Compile and report compliance related data/informational request, as necessary.
