HLP Integration in Lakeland, FL & Washington, DC is looking to hire general clerks to perform document preparation, conversion and indexing. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

In this role, flexibility and teamwork are key aspects as you will be asked to switch gears throughout the day to assist with meeting critical turnaround times.  The clerk's job is to prepare documents, convert to digital format, and to compile indexes so people can find information on a given topic quickly and easily. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE PREFERENCE

• Review documents & identify indexes
• Work with a variety of documents in the review process
• Excellent reading skills
• Ability to quickly and effectively scan documents
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong concentration and focus
• Excellent typing skills a minimum of 70wmp required
• Data Entry experience a must
• Scanning (1 year of experience preferred)
• Mail Distribution (1 year of experience preferred)
• Electronic Processing (1 year of experience preferred)
• Filing (1 year of experience preferred)
• Writing and editing skills beneficial
• Quality Control experience beneficial
• Production Control experience beneficial
• Basic Software Skills required

Candidates must be able to pass a background check
