We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Account Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care. This role requires a deep understanding of personal insurance products and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized insurance solutions.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop tailored insurance programs to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including policy renewals, endorsements, claims assistance, and coverage reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns or issues promptly.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the agency and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal insurance account management, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and valuable items coverage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
