HOMEFIX CUSTOM REMODELING is looking to hire motivated, assertive, energetic individuals to canvas local neighborhoods to schedule in-home appointments – GET PAID PER APPOINTMENT SET – you do not have to close any sales. Our canvassers earn up to $200.00/HOUR.

HCR canvassers are an integral part to our local efforts and we will train you and set you up for success and maximum earning potential.

You will work directly with your Manager and other sales associates to generate leads and set appointments with qualified homeowners looking for roofing, window, siding and gutter services.

HCR will map out specific neighborhoods for you and provide all of the material you will need to set appointments which you will get paid for.

You will be expected to travel to these predetermined neighborhoods, door-to-door, seeking to set sales opportunities for our in-house salesmen. THAT'S IT, SET APPOINTMENTS – NO SELLING. The position is to make qualified homeowners aware of HCR'S services and the benefits of working with us.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Influence customers to set up a free in-home estimate
• Work with potential customers to find best time for free estimate
• Accurately keep records on house-to-house information
• Must maintain professional demeanor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a strong work ethic, be driven and goal-oriented to earn maximum compensation
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be organized
• Must be able to establish rapport with customers
• Must be coachable (HCR has been doing this for more than 30 years and we can help you succeed by following our instruction)
