Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Host Person for our Specialty Room operations in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our distinguished guests in exclusive specialty areas of our establishment.

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere
• Manage guest seating and flow within the specialty room area
• Monitor guest preferences and special requirements to enhance their experience
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the specialty room area
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Assist in special events and promotional activities as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Previous hospitality industry experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic computer operations
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Understanding of luxury service protocols
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility
